1. DRY WASH ONLY.
2. Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
3. No refund under any circumstances.
4. Exchange allowed only for manufacturing defects reported within 24 hours of purchase.
5. Customized, altered, stitched, and special-order items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
6. Color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen display.
7. Advance payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
8. No guarantee or warranty is provided for color, embellishments, beads, sequins, embroidery work, or other decorative elements, as these are fancy fashion items.
9. Minor color variations, stone fall, bead loosening, and wear-related changes may occur during usage and are considered normal characteristics of fancy products.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange?
- Raise a Request: Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return.
- Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we arrange a return pickup or guide you on shipping back the product.
Refund/Exchange Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
