Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India, covering all major cities and remote locations through our trusted delivery partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, and XpressBees.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999 will be charged a flat shipping fee of ₹99.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pin codes and may include a nominal service charge.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

For ready-to-ship items, your order will be processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
For made-to-order or customized products, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

Kindly note that during peak seasons, festivals, or unexpected events (such as strikes, natural calamities, or transport delays), shipping may take longer than usual. In such cases, we will keep you informed.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS and email. You can also track your order from the “My Orders” section on our website.

Packaging

All our orders are securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at Iowabyar@gmail.com with photo/video proof.

Unboxing Guidelines

To support any concerns regarding missing or damaged items, we request you to record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. Please share clear photos and the video with a visible timestamp within 48 hours of delivery.

Address Changes

If you wish to change your shipping address, please email us within 12 hours of placing the order. Address changes requested after this period may not be possible.

Missed Deliveries & Reattempts

If you miss the delivery, our courier partners will attempt to deliver it up to two more times. If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed attempts, re-shipping charges will be applicable.
